Dr. Karim is a Board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist who has been serving patients in Kansas City, Missouri for more than 10 years.
He earned his medical degree from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. He then completed his internal medicine residency at the Henry Ford Health System, before completing a geriatric medicine fellowship at George Washington University and a hematology-oncology fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital.
He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology, American College of Physicians, and the American Medical Association.
Dr. Karim previously directed the Breast Cancer Program at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He has contributed to research and publications focused on breast cancer, palliative care, lung cancer, and more.
