Brenda is a Board-certified nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of healthcare experience across urgent care, oncology, hematology and emergency medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, where she received a Presidential Commendation for Academic Achievement, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from MidAmerica Nazarene University. She also holds an Associate of Science in Nursing from Fort Scott Community College.
Brenda is certified as a nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and as a registered nurse in both Missouri and Kansas. She has extensive experience caring for patients of all ages, managing acute illnesses and injuries, and performing procedures including laceration repair, splinting and diagnostic interpretation.
